Chinese Calligraphy (Chinese Ink)

Clear your heart and your real self will
unveil. This phrase is from the Buddist
scripture. But, how many of us know
how to clear your own heart? In
Chinese heart is referring to mind.

Purple Mist (Oil Painting)

Under the influnece of rain and evening
sun, the lilies pond appeared to be covered
by a layer of purple mist.

Landscape (Chinese Ink)

The quick and bold strokes to
paint the landscape in Chinese
art. A different kind of
expression.

Original

Yellow Trees (Water Colour)

There is no autumn in Singapore
except when the yellow flowers
covered up these trees. The
mono-weather could be very
dull to the artist.

Water Lily (Water Colour)

This work is painted from a picture by another artist.
I used that to practice the painting on water reflection.

Red Ginger (Water Colour)

Ginger is hot and spicy. It is best
use in cooking to get rid of the odd
smell in food. The red ginger
flowers were so striking among
the green leaves.

Chinese Calligraphy

Don't talk, beyong description, not to
mention, keep silent, cant be told, etc.,
all these could be referred to these
three Chinese characters. It all depends
on the situation and personal preference.
I like it as speak less. Too much energy
has been spent by us for talking and
most talks are just meaningless.

Eagles ( Chinese Ink)

Two eagles staying close to each other. Each looking
and covering a direction. The king of the sky, ruthless
yet majestic, is a yang (yin and yang) element in
Chinese painting. If there are too much yin in your
environment, such a painting can serve as a balance
force.

Lotus Pond (Water Colour)

The range of colours shown
through the various stage of
lotus leaf's life is amazing.
From green to yellow to pink,
red, purple then brown. Just
like the various stages of
human life.

Misty Mountains (Chinese Ink)

Walk into the misty mountains in searh of
the inner peace. Chinese believe demi-gods
and deities live in the depth of the mountains.
